Location 

For individual appointments: Individual coaching sessions are held by video and offered only to those located in the state of California

For retreats and presentations: Offered anywhere globally.

Payment

Invoices are due within 30 days unless your agreement states otherwise.

For individual appointments: Payments are accepted via Venmo or Zelle.

For retreats: Payments can be made through check, Venmo, or Zelle.

Confidentiality

Please refrain from sending confidential case, health, or personal information through the website contact form.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Coaching and consultation sessions: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice will be charged at the full session rate.

Forensic consults: Work commences once a signed fee agreement and retainer are received. Hours are billed against the retainer, and any unused balance is refunded when the matter closes. Depositions and trial testimony cancelled with less than 5 business days' notice are charged for the reserved time.

For retreats and presentations: A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable; however, I am happy to reschedule once at no charge. Travel expenses will be billed separately at cost.
